At Santiago Law, LLC, we focus on helping you create a thorough estate plan that articulates your intent and ensures that your loved ones receive the legacy that they deserve, while protecting them from excess taxes.
Most estate plans should include a last will and testament, as well as a power of attorney. In some cases, a trust may be appropriate. These documents provide many protections as you plan for you and your family’s future.
An advanced healthcare directive is a legal document that lets you state your wishes for medical care, including life-sustaining treatments, in the event you can no longer make your own healthcare decisions due to illness or incapacity.
